It has 2 stainless steel tubes that can hold up to 40 plates each at 1 time. It features a stainless steel frame and construction, with a single heating element that goes throughout the whole cabinet to keep the plates constantly warm while in use. It includes 4 in. swivel casters for mobility and a bakelite handle that is cool to the touch so you can move it to where it's needed. An interior fan motor circulates the warm air inside the cabinet, and the adjustable thermostat ranges from 85°F-185°F.
