Both the front drop down door and rear panel are made of tempered glass for increased food safety and ensures the delicious product can be visible to hungry customers. Constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel, the steamer is durable and resists corrosion, dents and scratches. A drip tray keeps reservoir water clean. Removable product trays and sliding doors allow for easy access to hot dogs and buns and makes for simple easy clean up.
