Utilizing two 1500-Watt elements, the Texan No Lid Grill will exceed temperatures of 550°F and produce no smoke without any chance of flare-ups. This large electric grill will provide hours of grilling for any sized gathering. Independently controlled zones allow meats and veggies to be grilled at the same time. Nonstick cooking grates provide characteristic grill marks and easy clean-up. Throw them in the dishwasher after using or wipe down with a wet paper towel. Add liquid to the drip tray to provide an extra level of protection from smoke while imparting the evaporated liquid into the food to infuse the food with flavor which would normally be added by smoke.
